Mark Dufton

Chief Executive Officer, Real Estate

Mark Dufton brings more than 20 years of real estate and management experience to Gordon Brothers. In his role, Mark leverages his broad industry expertise to further expand both Gordon Brothers' core real estate businesses and its growing and expanding services.

Mark is also a Managing Director for Dinosaur Capital Partners, a Boston-based real estate investment and development company. Prior to founding Dinosaur Capital Partners, he was Principal & Senior Managing Director and managed more than 35 clients, focusing primarily on bankruptcy services, lease mitigation and restructuring programs. He has successfully mitigated or restructured over 1,500 leases, saving clients more than £80 million.

Earlier in his career, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer for Jeepers! and Senior Manager of Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions and Leasing at Bank of America (formerly BankBoston). Mark served five years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he attained the rank of Captain, and has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Turnaround Management Association.
