Dennis Bolton is Managing Director, Commercial & Industrial at Gordon Brothers. He is responsible for assisting clients in evaluating remarketing methods for various types of industrial assets and sourcing and facilitating large equipment deals in a multitude of sectors including construction, mining, energy and aviation industries. Additionally, Dennis performs machinery and equipment analysis on equity deals, including valuing machinery and equipment, as part of multi-asset transactions.
Dennis has over 30 years of experience in industrial machinery and equipment valuation and inventory management. He also brings extensive equipment finance experience with strategies in equipment and portfolio management, remarketing, product development, business strategy and execution. Dennis has managed diverse workout teams and restructuring, remediation, and liquidation processes.
Before joining Gordon Brothers, he held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Equipment Management Group at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Remarketing Manager for Banc of America Leasing.
Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bentley University and is a senior accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Equipment Lease Finance Association (ELFA), National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
