Jenni Pearce

Jenni Pearce DipSurv, MNAVA is responsible for overseeing all Gordon Brothers’ European auctions and the health and safety, site clearance and management of our on-site auction coordinators.

Jenni joined Gordon Brothers in March 2015. She has over 10 years’ experience in the disposition and valuation of Commercial & Industrial assets. Jenni started her career at Edward Symmons in 2007 as a machinery Team Secretary and was promoted to Trainee Valuer in 2009 and progressed to Valuer in 2012. Jenni has completed valuations across a range of sectors including engineering, woodworking, print, food production, textiles, packaging, automotive and plastics for asset-based lending, insolvency and insurance purposes. Additionally, she has managed various major online auctions and negotiated private treaty and tender sales.

Jenni has a Diploma in Surveying Practice from the College of Estate Management in Reading and has completed a Technical Award in Chattels Auctioneering. She is a member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (MNAVA) and is a qualified Site Supervisor for Construction and Civil Engineering industries.

Jenni is based in our Birmingham office.
